Delete your Moxie’s Matches account

This page explains how to delete your Moxie’s Matches
account and exactly what happens to your data. Moxie’s Matches is the
lifestyle dating app operated by THTM LLC.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest — deletes immediately):

1. Open the Moxie’s Matches app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again so we can verify it’s you.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

If you can’t access the app: email
support@moxiesmatches.com from
the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We
verify your identity first (so no one else can delete your account) and then
delete it, typically within 7 days of confirming your request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• your profile — display name, age, bio, and all photos (including
  verification photos);
• your private data — email address, date of birth, approximate and home
  location, search preferences, and notification settings;
• your likes and passes;
• your matches and all of your messages;
• any partner link;
• your login credentials — you will no longer be able to sign in.

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep, and for how long

To keep the community safe and to meet our legal obligations, a limited set
of data is retained after your account is deleted:

• Safety & moderation records — if other members
  reported your account, those reports and related verification / anti-fraud
  audit logs are kept for safety, moderation, and fraud-prevention purposes,
  and only for as long as needed for those purposes.
• Anything we are legally required to retain (for
  example, to comply with the law or resolve disputes).
• Backups — residual copies in routine encrypted backups
  are overwritten within 30 days.
